Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the property’s maintenance program, performing preventive, routine, emergency and cosmetic repairs under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

You will handle make-ready tasks, pool upkeep, grounds care, and daily inspections, while maintaining accurate logs and ensuring safety compliance per OSHA guidelines. Strong communication with residents and team members is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Perform maintenance, preventive, routine, emergency, and cosmetic work as directed.
• Assist with make-ready processes and unit inspections.
• Maintain safety practices and report hazards per OSHA guidelines.
• Participate in on-call emergencies and maintain accurate records.
