Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to assist in maintaining the property, performing corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance. The role includes make-ready tasks under supervision and daily on-site attendance at the community.

Responsibilities include responding to requests, performing repairs, keeping logs, and assisting with pool maintenance and safety compliance. A High School Diploma and basic computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and other community features daily to identify hazards and ensure safety.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program and make-ready processes under supervision.
• Participate in on-call emergency at community and assist Maintenance Supervisor as needed.
• Maintain accurate records regarding service requests and maintenance activities.
• Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of office, common areas, and model units.
