Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our onsite team. The role involves performing maintenance, routine upkeep, and make-ready tasks across our community, under supervision.

You will respond to resident requests, assist with scheduling repairs, and help maintain safety and cleanliness of common areas and units. We value reliability and teamwork; responsibilities include on-call emergencies, inventory checks, and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use on-site software.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform community maintenance and routine upkeep of buildings and grounds.
• Respond to work orders for common areas and units promptly and safely.
• Assist with make-ready process and scheduling of repairs.
• Maintain swimming pool chemicals logs and safety protocols.
• Assist in inventory management and safety documentation.
• Support Maintenance Supervisor and participate in on-call emergencies.
