Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support property maintenance across our communities. You will perform routine, preventive, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision, and assist in make-ready tasks to meet property objectives.

The role requires on-site presence, strong safety practices, and timely response to resident requests. Pool maintenance, logs, and on-call duties are part of the responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills required for on-site software functions.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is essential.
• Strong attention to safety and compliance during maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Perform preventive, routine, emergency and cosmetic maintenance across community areas and units.
• Assist with scheduling and execution of make-ready/turn events.
• Maintain pool and chemical logs, and ensure safety standards are followed.
• Keep accurate records of service requests, inspections, and make-ready status.
• Provide on-call emergency support as needed.
