Job summary

Asset Living, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Los Angeles to support on-site maintenance across the community, including routine, preventive and emergency repairs. You will handle make-ready tasks under supervision, maintain safety and OSHA standards, and assist with inventory and records.

The role requires regular on-site attendance, strong customer service with residents, and the ability to work flexible hours including on-call emergencies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Basic computer/software skills on-site.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Assist in preventive, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance.
• Perform make-ready tasks and on-site repairs as directed by supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, organized maintenance shop and comply with safety standards.
• Record service requests, inspections, and chemical logs accurately.
• Be on-call for emergencies and assist during unit inspections.
