Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to assist in maintenance processes across the property, including corrective, preventive, routine, emergency, and cosmetic tasks. You will support make-ready activities under the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager, while ensuring safety and compliance.

Responsibilities include daily onsite presence, addressing work orders, maintaining logs, and contributing to a safe, well-kept community.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner.
• Assist with the scheduling and performance of all maintenance/repair-related turn events.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program and accurate records of service requests and safety standards.
• Participate in on-call emergency at the community and ensure safe, compliant operations.
