Job summary

Asset Living is hiring a Maintenance Technician to support property maintenance, perform routine and emergency repairs, and assist with make-ready tasks under supervision. This role requires on-site presence, regular attendance, and a focus on safety and resident satisfaction.

You will participate in preventive maintenance, manage logs, and contribute to a clean, safe, and well-maintained community environment while coordinating with the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic understanding of on-site software functions and safety guidelines.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintenance of common areas and units.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Maintain preventative maintenance and safety logs.
• Participate in on-call emergency shifts.
