Job summary

Asset Living is hiring a Maintenance Technician to assist in all maintenance processes across our community properties. Regular on-site attendance and prompt response to work orders are required to keep common areas and units in excellent condition.

You will perform routine, preventative, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance, assist with make-ready tasks, and help maintain safety standards and OSHA compliance across the property.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements

Responsibilities

• Community Maintenance; Regular/daily onsite attendance is required
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner
• Perform swimming pool maintenance and cleaning and maintain accurate, timely chemical logs
• Maintain preventative maintenance program that extends the life of the community while minimizing future repairs
• Report any observed violations of community rules and regulations to the Maintenance Supervisor and/or Community Manager
• Participate in on-call emergency at community

Education
