Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support maintenance operations across our communities. The role involves on-site attendance, responding to service requests, and performing routine and preventive maintenance under supervision.

Expect to assist with make-ready tasks, inspections, and safety programs while maintaining accurate records and schedules. This is a full-time, on-site position with competitive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Community Maintenance and regular on-site attendance is required.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner.
• Perform routine, preventative, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Assist with the make-ready process and scheduling of maintenance/repair tasks.
• Maintain the maintenance shop in a clean, organized, and safe condition following OSHA guidelines.
• On-call emergencies at the community and reporting violations to supervision.

Education
