Invitation Homes is seeking a Maintenance Technician II in the Goodyear/Buckeye/Surprise/Peoria/Litchfield Park area. You will perform high-quality maintenance in single-family homes, delivering outstanding resident service and proactively maintaining properties.

The role requires OSHA 10, residential repair experience, and knowledge of building systems. You will work with company tools and may visit vacant properties while on the market or during turns.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required or similar.
• OSHA 10 certification is required (within 90 days for new hires).
• Proven experience in residential repairs and maintenance or related field.
• Understanding of residential construction and mechanical systems; ability to perform basic repairs in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, sheetrock, HVAC, and appliances.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance service requests across multiple trades.
• Deliver excellent customer service and promote a quality living experience for residents.
• Perform ProCare visits to residents' homes for proactive maintenance and repairs.
• Educate residents on maintenance topics.
• Conduct property condition assessments and flag urgent items to management.
• Review technician reports to identify improvement opportunities.
• Perform repairs in vacant properties during turnovers or occupied vacancies.
• Properly use and care for company tools, materials, and vehicles.
• Carry out other duties as assigned.
