Invitation Homes is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to perform high-quality maintenance in single-family rental homes while delivering outstanding customer service to residents. You will complete multiple trade tasks, conduct proactive ProCare visits, and educate residents on home systems and responsibilities.

Responsibilities include scheduling follow-up visits, using mobile apps, and upholding safety guidelines.

Qualificações

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license.
• 2–5+ years of residential repairs or maintenance experience preferred.
• OSHA 10 certification required or within 90 days of hire.
• Strong customer service and communication skills; multi-lingual is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Perform maintenance across multiple trades in single-family homes.
• Provide outstanding customer service and maintain resident satisfaction.
• Complete ProCare visits and schedule next visits via mobile app.
• Educate residents on maintenance topics and home systems.
• Inspect properties, flag issues to management, and perform repairs as needed.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and use company tools and vehicles appropriately.
• Travel to sites and work with flexible hours including weekends.
