Job summary

Invitation Homes is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to perform high-quality maintenance across multiple trades in our single-family rental homes. You will deliver outstanding resident service and uphold safety standards while using company tools and vehicles.

Responsibilities include completing ProCare visits, educating residents, and performing repairs in occupied and vacant properties during turns. OSHA 10, valid license, and HVAC/EPA certifications are valued.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• OSHA 10 certification required (new hires have 90 days).
• Residential repair and maintenance experience preferred (2–5+ years).
• EPA Type I/II or Universal and HVAC/CPO certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality maintenance work across multiple trades in single-family rental homes.
• Provide outstanding customer service to residents.
• Complete ProCare visits and proactive maintenance.
• Educate residents on maintenance topics and home systems.
• Perform repairs in vacant properties during turns and market readiness.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and use company tools and vehicles properly.
