Job summary

Invitation Homes is hiring a Maintenance Technician II to perform high-quality maintenance across single-family rental homes and deliver outstanding customer service to residents. You will handle multiple trades, educate residents on home systems, and participate in proactive ProCare visits using company apps.

Responsibilities include completing regular property assessments, prioritizing safety guidelines, and performing repairs in vacant properties during turns.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• OSHA 10 certification required; up to 90 days to complete if not already certified.
• EPA/HVAC certifications are a plus.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills; multilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance requests across multiple trades in single-family homes.
• Provide outstanding resident service and maintain quality living experience.
• Conduct ProCare visits and proactive maintenance in residents' homes.
• Educate residents on maintenance topics and home systems.
• Perform repairs in vacant properties during turns and market-ready periods.
