Job summary

Invitation Homes is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to perform high-quality maintenance across multiple trades in single-family rental homes while delivering outstanding customer service to residents. You will complete ProCare visits, educate residents on home systems, and schedule follow-up visits using our maintenance app.

The role requires 2–5+ years in residential repairs, OSHA 10, and strong communication skills. A valid driver's license and ability to lift 50+ pounds are needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• OSHA 10 certification required (within 90 days if not present).
• EPA Type I/II or Universal certification is a plus.
• HVAC certification preferred; CPO certification (pool) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance across multiple trades in single-family homes.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain quality living experience for residents.
• Schedule and perform ProCare visits using the maintenance app.
• Educate residents on maintenance topics and home systems.
• Perform repairs during turns and in vacant properties when on market.
