Job summary

Invitation Homes is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to perform high-quality maintenance across multiple trades in our single-family rental homes. You will provide outstanding customer service to residents and maintain a quality living experience.

Responsibilities include completing ProCare visits, educating residents on home systems, and performing repairs in vacant properties. A valid driver's license and OSHA 10 certification are required or obtainable within 90 days.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2-5+ years’ proven experience in residential repairs and maintenance.
• OSHA 10 required; can complete within 90 days if not certified.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality maintenance across multiple trades in single-family rental homes.
• Provide outstanding customer service to residents and ensure quality living experience.
• Complete ProCare visits and maintenance schedules via mobile app.
• Educate residents on maintenance topics and home systems.
• Perform repairs in vacant properties during turns and market-readiness.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and use company tools and vehicles properly.
• Review upcoming appointments to prepare for a single-visit completion.
