Job summary

Invitation Homes is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to perform high-quality maintenance across multiple trades in our single-family rental homes. You will deliver outstanding customer service to residents and conduct proactive maintenance visits using our mobile app.

Candidates should have a High School diploma, 2–5+ years in residential repairs, OSHA 10, and relevant certifications (EPA/HVAC/CPO) as a plus. Regular driving, safety adherence, and ability to lift 50+ lbs are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• OSHA 10 certification required; 90 days to complete if not already certified.
• EPA/ HVAC / CPO certifications are a plus.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; multilingual is a plus.
• Comfortability using mobile devices (iPad/iPhone) and maintenance apps.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance service requests across multiple trades.
• Provide excellent customer service and promote quality living experience for residents.
• Perform proactive maintenance during ProCare visits and schedule next visits.
• Educate residents on maintenance topics and home systems.
• Perform repairs in vacant properties during turnover.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and use tools/equipment properly.
• Review technician reports to identify improvements and opportunities.
