Invitation Homes is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to perform high-quality maintenance in single-family rental homes while delivering outstanding customer service to residents. You will complete requests across multiple trades, educate residents on home systems, and conduct ProCare visits with proper safety and tool usage.

The role includes proactive maintenance, scheduling follow-ups, and collaborating with property management to address immediate needs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2–5+ years’ proven residential repairs/maintenance experience.
• OSHA 10 required (90 days to complete if needed).
• EPA Type I/II/Universal, HVAC, or pool certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance requests across multiple trades.
• Provide excellent resident service and maintain homes.
• Perform ProCare visits and schedule next visits.
• Educate residents on maintenance topics and home systems.
• Use tools, materials, and company vehicles properly.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and support teams as needed.
