Zusammenfassung

RangeWater Real Estate is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the property maintenance team across our communities. You will supervise a team, manage work orders, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company standards.

We look for hands-on leaders with 1–3 years of supervisory experience, HVAC and EPA certifications, and proficiency with Entrata/Yardi or One Site.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of supervisor experience.
• Technical knowledge of building maintenance and OSHA/MSDS regs.
• Proficiency with property management software (Entrata/Yardi or One Site).

Aufgaben

• Lead the maintenance team and manage employee evaluations.
• Receive and complete work orders from residents, diagnose and repair issues.
• Inspect work, manage supplies, and stay within budget.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness and property standards are met.
• Oversee Preventative Maintenance and vendor coordination.
