RangeWater Real Estate, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the onsite maintenance team across our multifamily properties. You will oversee Make Ready, respond to service requests, and supervise vendors while maintaining safety, cleanliness, and high property standards.

The role requires 1–3 years of supervisory experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency with Entrata/Yardi/OneSite.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; OSHA/MSDS knowledge; technical degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of supervisor experience; ability to hire, lead, evaluate, manage subordinates.
• Apartment maintenance experience 2–3 years preferred.
• Strong communication and delivery skills; proficiency in internet, word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.
• Proficiency in property management software such as Entrata, Yardi, and OneSite.
• EPA refrigerant certifications Type I/II or Universal; Certified Pool Operator; Certified Spa/Pool Operator; state/local requirements.

Responsabilités

• Oversee maintenance team; hire, orient, train new hires; manage Make Ready process.
• Respond to work orders; diagnose defects; perform repairs per safety standards.
• Inspect work; ensure quality; manage vendor contracts and inventory.
• Assist Community Manager with maintenance budgeting; support cost-control.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and appearance; conduct RangeWater safety meetings.
• Complete monthly Preventative Maintenance procedures.
• Handle customer complaints and issues.
• Other duties as assigned.
