Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee building maintenance, safety, and make-ready programs for our multifamily communities in the United States. You will lead the maintenance team, schedule work, and ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety, and resident satisfaction.

The role requires 1–3 years of supervisory experience, knowledge of OSHA standards, and proficiency with property management software (Entrata Yardi or One Site).

Qualifications

• Education and experience requirements include a high school diploma or GED and 1–3 years of supervisor experience.
• OSHA standards and MSDS regulations knowledge required; technical degree preferred.
• Ability to hire, lead, evaluate, and manage maintenance staff.
• Proficiency with property management software (Entrata Yardi or One Site) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team and conduct staff evaluations.
• Interview, hire, orient, and train new hires.
• Oversee Make Ready process end-to-end per policy.
• Respond to resident service requests and diagnose defects.
• Inspect work performed by staff and subcontractors.
• Manage maintenance budget and inventory; order supplies.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with standards.
• Conduct monthly Preventative Maintenance procedures.
