Job summary

RangeWater Residential is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee on-site maintenance, lead a maintenance team, and ensure buildings, grounds and amenities meet safety and quality standards. You will manage work orders, inspect work, and coordinate with vendors to maintain property operations.

The role requires OSHA/MSDS knowledge, 1–3 years of supervisory experience, and proficiency with Entrata/Yardi and OneSite. A technical background and a commitment to safety are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; OSHA/MSDS knowledge; technical degree preferred.
• Experience: 1–3 years supervising maintenance staff; ability to hire, train, evaluate.
• Proficient in property management software (Entrata/Yardi, OneSite).

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance team and conduct staff evaluations.
• Process work orders and perform repairs to ensure property meets safety and quality standards.
• Inspect contractor work and manage inventory within budget.
• Develop and monitor preventive maintenance schedules.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and state/local regulations.
