Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the property's maintenance operations, lead a team of technicians, and ensure cleanliness, safety, and functionality across buildings and grounds. You will manage work orders, train new hires, and support budget and safety programs while ensuring high-quality service for residents and staff.

The role requires weekend flexibility, knowledge of maintenance best practices, and experience with property management software.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Supervisor experience: 1-3 years, managing subordinates and team members.
• Experience with Entrata Yardi and One Site is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees maintenance team and conducts evaluations.
• Handles work orders and resident service requests; diagnoses defects and performs repairs.
• Maintains inventory and coordinates with Community Manager on budget and supplies.
