RangeWater Real Estate is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee on-site upkeep of our multifamily properties. This role leads a maintenance team, manages work orders, and ensures safety, cleanliness, and functionality across buildings and amenities.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of supervisory experience, 2–3 years in apartment maintenance, and strong communication skills. Proficiency with Entrata/Yardi or One Site is preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED; OSHA standards and MSDS knowledge are relevant.
• 1-3 years of supervisor experience in maintenance or similar roles.
• 2-3 years of apartment maintenance experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and perform maintenance to meet company standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality.
• Interview, hire, orient, and train new maintenance staff; manage Make Ready process.
• Diagnose defects, perform repairs, and handle routine property upkeep per policy and safety standards.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and supplies; coordinate with Community Manager on budgets.
• Lead safety meetings and ensure compliance with regulations; address incidents or injuries.
