Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the property's inside and exterior upkeep, safety, and overall appearance. You will manage the maintenance team, handle work orders, inspections, and vendor coordination to meet company standards.

The role requires 1–3 years of supervisory maintenance experience, a high school diploma or GED, and valid driver’s license; knowledge of Entrata/Yardi or OneSite is a plus.

Qualifications

• Education includes high school diploma or GED; OSHA standards knowledge and MSDS regulations. Technical degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of supervision or lead experience in maintenance.
• 2–3 years of apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong communication and delivery skills.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, orient, and train new hires.
• Oversee Make Ready process from start to finish per policies.
• Assist with work orders and routine upkeep on the property.
• Inspect work by service team members to assess policy effectiveness.
• Inspect work by contractors to verify quality and scope.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and coordinate supplies with Community Manager.
• Assist in developing the maintenance budget and capital expenses.
• Complete monthly Preventive Maintenance procedures as required.
• Demonstrate customer service skills in all interactions with employees, residents, clients, and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies; conduct safety meetings.
• Resolve customer complaints and other duties as assigned.
