Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the property maintenance team, oversee repairs, and ensure buildings meet safety and quality standards.

The role requires 2–3 years in apartment maintenance with 1–3 years of supervisory experience, plus OSHA knowledge and familiarity with Entrata/Yardi or OneSite software. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential for coordinating with residents and vendors.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED; OSHA standards knowledge.
• Experience: 2–3 years in apartment maintenance; supervisory experience 1–3 years.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team; interview, hire, orient, and train staff.
• Handle work orders from residents; diagnose and repair issues per safety and code requirements.
• Inspect work to ensure quality; manage parts inventory and budget with Community Manager.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance procedures; ensure safety and compliance.
