Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the property's maintenance, safety, and appearance. Lead the maintenance team, handle work orders, and partner with the Community Manager on budget and supplies.

Requirements: High School Diploma/GED, OSHA/MSDS knowledge, 1–3 years supervision, 2–3 years apartment maintenance, EPA Type I/II or Universal certs, valid driver’s license, and experience with Entrata, Yardi, or OneSite.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; OSHA/MSDS knowledge preferred.
• 1–3 years of supervisory experience in maintenance.
• 2–3 years of apartment maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee property maintenance, safety, and appearance.
• Lead maintenance team and process work orders.
• Coordinate with Community Manager on budget and supplies.
