Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the on-site maintenance team at our multi-family properties. The role involves managing work orders, planning preventive maintenance, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring safety, cleanliness, and asset quality.

The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of apartment maintenance experience, EPA certifications, and proficiency with property management software such as Entrata/Yardi or OneSite.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical training preferred.
• EPA Type I/II or Universal refrigerant certifications required.
• Experience in apartment maintenance or facilities management essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team; interview, hire, train, and evaluate staff.
• Process work orders and perform repairs per policy and code.
• Inspect work; ensure safety, quality, and budget adherence.
• Manage supplies, create preventative maintenance plans, and track costs.
