AppleOne seeks a dependable Maintenance Technician to service a Ventura County housing community. You will ensure apartments, buildings, and common areas are safe, clean, and well-maintained while delivering responsive customer service.
This role requires a working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and general repairs, plus the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks. Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Pay: $21-24/hr DOE
