Job summary

Personal Healthcare Management LLC is hiring for a maintenance-focused position at our New York site. You will operate machinery, perform routine maintenance, and assist with minor electrical and plumbing tasks to keep the facility in good repair.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, general maintenance experience, and a valid driver’s license. You must be able to lift and move equipment, work independently, and contribute to a reliable, safe workplace with a solid benefits package.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and equipment, keep in good repair, and store properly.
• Handle simple electrical and plumbing tasks and perform minor repairs.
• Move large equipment in and out of the facility, including lifting.
• Run errands for supplies, including driving a vehicle.
• Assist with preventative maintenance as directed.
• Complete routine tasks accurately without direct supervision.

Essential Functions

1. Must operate machinery and equipment, maintain in good repair, and store in an orderly fashion.
2. Be able to handle and use simple electrical and plumbing equipment and make minor repairs.
3. Be able to carry, push, and pull large equipment in and out of facility.
4. Run errands as needed for supplies—requires driving a motor vehicle.
5. Assist with Preventative Maintenance duties as instructed.
6. Accurately completes routine tasks without the need of direct supervision.
