Job summary

Personal Healthcare Management LLC is seeking a maintenance associate to keep facilities in good repair and to support routine operations. The role requires operating basic machinery, minor repairs, and driving for errands, with duties performed at a single location.

Hours include a daytime shift with some weekend coverage on a rotating schedule; 401(k), health insurance, dental insurance, and PTO are among benefits offered. Equal opportunity employer and driver’s license required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• General maintenance and repair experience preferred.
• Must have valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and equipment, keep in good repair and store in an orderly fashion.
• Handle simple electrical and plumbing equipment and perform minor repairs.
• Move and transport large equipment into and out of the facility as needed.
• Run errands for supplies; requires driving a motor vehicle.
• Assist with Preventative Maintenance duties as instructed.
• Complete routine tasks accurately without direct supervision.
