Job summary

Personal Healthcare Management LLC in New York seeks a full-time Maintenance Technician to perform routine upkeep and basic repairs within the facility. You will operate equipment, support preventative maintenance, and ensure the building remains safe, clean, and orderly for patients and staff.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and hands-on experience with electrical and plumbing tasks.

Qualifications

• General maintenance and repair experience preferred.
• Must have valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and equipment, maintain in good repair, and store properly.
• Handle basic electrical and plumbing tasks and perform minor repairs.
• Move large equipment in and out of the facility.
• Keep facility grounds neat and orderly.
• Run errands for supplies, requiring driving a vehicle.
• Assist with Preventative Maintenance duties as instructed.
• Complete routine tasks without direct supervision.
• Demonstrate the facility's mission, vision, and values through professional excellence.
• Adhere to the facility dress code.

• Run errands as needed for supplies—requires driving a motor vehicle.

• Assist with Preventative Maintenance duties as instructed.

• Accurately completes routine tasks without the need of direct supervision.

• Demonstrates the mission, vision, and values of the facility through professional excellence.

• Adheres to the facility dress code.
