Personal Healthcare Management LLC is seeking a maintenance-focused professional to operate and maintain facility machinery, perform minor repairs with basic electrical and plumbing tools, and ensure a safe, orderly environment at our one-location site in New York. The role requires a high school diploma or GED and preferred general maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain machinery and equipment in good repair.
• Use basic electrical and plumbing tools and perform minor repairs.
• Move and transport large equipment safely.
• Keep facility grounds neat and orderly.
• Run errands for supplies and drive a vehicle as needed.
• Assist with Preventive Maintenance tasks.
• Complete routine tasks accurately without direct supervision.
• Uphold the facility's mission, vision, and values through professional conduct.
• Comply with the facility dress code.

Essential Functions

• Must operate machinery and equipment, maintain in good repair, and store in an orderly fashion.
• Be able to handle and use simple electrical and plumbing equipment and make minor repairs.
• Be able to carry, push, and pull large equipment in and out of facility.
• Ensure that facility grounds are neat and in order.
• Run errands as needed for supplies - requires driving a motor vehicle.
• Assist with Preventative Maintenance duties as instructed.
• Accurately completes routine tasks without the need of direct supervision.
• Demonstrates the mission, vision, and values of the facility through professional excellence.
• Adheres to the facility dress code.
