Job summary

Personal Healthcare Management LLC is seeking a maintenance-focused professional to operate and maintain facility machinery, perform basic electrical and plumbing repairs, and manage routine upkeep.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, general maintenance experience, and a valid driver’s license. You will support building systems and ensure the facility remains clean, safe, and properly serviced through daily tasks and preventative efforts.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain machinery and equipment.
• Perform simple electrical and plumbing repairs.
• Move and transport large equipment around the facility.
• Keep facility grounds neat and orderly.
• Run errands using a motor vehicle.
• Assist with preventative maintenance duties.
• Complete routine tasks without direct supervision.
• Uphold facility mission and dress code.
• Support building systems under the ENS Director, including electrical, mechanical, and related tasks.

Essential Functions

• Must operate machinery and equipment, maintain in good repair, and store in an orderly fashion.
• Be able to handle and use simple electrical and plumbing equipment and make minor repairs.
• Be able to carry, push, and pull large equipment in and out of facility.
• Ensure that facility grounds are neat and in order.
• Run errands as needed for supplies—requires driving a motor vehicle.
• Assist with Preventative Maintenance duties as instructed.
• Accurately completes routine tasks without the need of direct supervision.
• Demonstrates the mission, vision, and values of the facility through professional excellence.
• Adheres to the facility dress code.
• Supports and helps maintain the building’s systems under the direction of the ENS Director, including but not limited to heating, cooling, plumbing, water, gas, electrical, mechanical, oxygen, and communication systems. Also performs general maintenance tasks such as carpentry, painting, plastering, refinishing, flooring, and related work.
