Personal Healthcare Management LLC in Town of Ghent, NY is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to operate and repair basic equipment within a single facility. This role supports daily operations with attention to safety and efficiency.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, general maintenance experience, and a valid driver's license. You will perform tasks with minimal supervision and help keep the facility clean and orderly, contributing to a safe, reliable environment.

Qualifications

• General maintenance and repair experience preferred.
• Must have valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and equipment and keep in good repair.
• Handle simple electrical and plumbing tasks.
• Move large equipment in and out of the facility.
• Keep facility grounds neat and orderly.
• Run errands for supplies, including driving a vehicle.
• Assist with Preventative Maintenance as directed.
• Complete routine tasks with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrate facility mission, vision, and values through professional excellence.
• Adhere to the facility dress code.

Essential Functions

• Must operate machinery and equipment, maintain in good repair, and store in an orderly fashion.

• Be able to handle and use simple electrical and plumbing equipment and make minor repairs.

• Be able to carry, push, and pull large equipment in and out of facility.

• Ensure that facility grounds are neat and in order.

• Run errands as needed for supplies - requires driving a motor vehicle.

• Assist with Preventative Maintenance duties as instructed.

• Accurately completes routine tasks without the need of direct supervision.

• Demonstrates the mission, vision, and values of the facility through professional excellence.

• Adheres to the facility dress code.
