Job summary

Personal Healthcare Management LLC in Everett, MA, is seeking a maintenance technician to operate equipment, perform routine maintenance, and keep facilities in good repair. You will handle simple electrical and plumbing tasks and assist with preventative maintenance as directed.

The role requires general maintenance/repair experience, physical ability to lift and move large equipment, and reliable driving for supply runs.

Qualifications

• Ability to transport and move large equipment as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and equipment, keep in good repair and organized.
• Use simple electrical and plumbing tools to perform minor repairs.
• Carry, push, and pull large equipment in and out of the facility.
• Ensure facility grounds are neat and orderly.
• Run errands for supplies and drive a motor vehicle as needed.
• Assist with Preventative Maintenance duties as instructed.
• Complete routine tasks accurately without direct supervision.
• Demonstrate the facility's mission, vision, and values through professional excellence.
• Adhere to the facility dress code.
