Job summary

Regions is seeking an End User Computing (EUC) Engineer to design, implement, and maintain desktop solutions across platforms. The role collaborates with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable, secure desktop architectures and reliable deployments.

Responsibilities include configuring VMs, session hosts, network connectivity, image and profile management, and ensuring compliance with security policies. This position is onsite in Hoover, AL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field plus four years designing and implementing desktop solutions.
• Or High School Diploma/GED with eight years designing and implementing desktop solutions.
• Experience in network design, including connectivity options, firewalls, VPNs, and load balancers.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end desktop solutions by analyzing business requirements and delivering scalable, secure architectures.
• Configure and manage virtual machines, session hosts, networks, and storage to create virtual desktop environments.
• Implement security measures and ensure regulatory compliance in desktop environments.
• Lead cross-functional teams to resolve escalated issues related to the service.
