Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Dearborn is seeking an EUC Engineer to support Windows and Mac desktop environments. You will build and maintain devices, deploy imaging via SCCM and Autopilot, manage JAMF for Macs, and ensure end-user onboarding with Intune.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding and hands-on knowledge of Windows desktop platform.
• Hands-on experience in building, maintaining and administering Windows desktops.
• Proficiency in optimizing performance and user experience on desktops.
• Experience with Microsoft Modern workspace management capabilities – Intune, Autopilot, SCCM, Imaging, Task sequences, PowerShell.
• Knowledge and hands-on experience in Mac deployment using JAMF, including management and deployment workflows.
• Experience with Intune Company Portal registration for end-user device onboarding and compliance.
• Ability to configure JAMF environments, policies, groups and deployment workflows.
• Remote break-fix support for laptop/desktop issues and EUC incidents.
• Asset and stock inventory management and device lifecycle handling.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote support coverage for EUC issues and onsite deployments as needed.
• Build laptops or desktops using SCCM imaging, task sequences, and Autopilot.
• Perform Mac deployment and JAMF management activities per standards.
• Configure and maintain JAMF policies, configuration profiles, and app deployments.
• Assist users with onboarding, access, and compliance for managed devices via Intune.
• Track equipment, maintain spares inventory, and coordinate with teams to resolve incidents.
• Follow up on tickets to ensure SLA are met and equipment is returned after offboarding.
