Job summary

Halvik Corp seeks a senior endpoint management specialist to design, deploy, and operate Jamf Pro in enterprise environments. You will configure ABM/ADE, manage policies, and automate tasks with Bash scripts, ensuring device enrollment and compliance across macOS/iOS/iPadOS.

Daily on-site work in Washington, DC with collaboration across Security, Network, and Service Desk teams; experience with Intune integration is valued and ongoing. Proactive problem solving is essential.

Qualifications

• AA/AS degree or equivalent education.
• Minimum 6 years delivering enterprise endpoint management and related IT services.
• Hands-on Jamf Pro deployment, configuration, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Apple MDM, ABM, and ADE workflows.
• Proficient scripting for automation and endpoint configuration.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, configure and administer Jamf Pro server infrastructure.
• Install, upgrade, patch, backup, and troubleshoot Jamf Pro components.
• Manage ABM, ADE, PreStage Enrollments, profiles, policies and Smart Groups.
• Oversee macOS/iOS/iPadOS device enrollment, compliance, and lifecycle management.
• Create Jamf policies and scripts to automate endpoints; manage FileVault and certificates.
• Integrate Jamf with Entra ID/AD and SSO/SAML; support Intune integration as needed.
• Coordinate with Security/Network/Service Desk; participate in migrations and OS upgrades.
