Responsibilities include configuring Mac devices, troubleshooting, managing user accounts, asset procurement, and collaborating with IT teams on security and compliance. On-call support may be required.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Mac Administration (macOS environment).
• Hands-on EUC/desktop support experience.
• Familiarity with device management tools (JAMF, Intune or similar).
• Experience with asset and inventory management systems.

• Handle desktop support activities including installation, upgrades, and issue resolution.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and device policies.
• Perform asset management including procurement, tagging, tracking, and lifecycle management.
• Maintain accurate inventory records for all IT assets.
• Support onboarding/offboarding processes (device provisioning, access setup, recovery).
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure system performance, security, and compliance.
• Participate in after-hours/on-call support when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in asset and inventory management systems.
• Familiarity with Active Directory / Azure AD and user management.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and user-facing support skills.
• Should participate in Audit events

Location : Austin, TX

Working Hours: 5 days/week | 9:00 AM CDT - 6:00 PM CDT (Including break)

Salary Range: $40,000-$50,000 a year
