We are seeking a skilled Mac Administrator / EUC Support Engineer to manage, support, and maintain end-user computing environments with a strong focus on macOS systems. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in Mac administration, desktop support, asset lifecycle management, and inventory control while ensuring a seamless user experience.
Provide end-user support (EUC) for macOS and related applications.
Administer, configure, and troubleshoot Mac devices (macOS, hardware, and software).
Handle desktop support activities including installation, upgrades, and issue resolution.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and device policies.
Perform asset management including procurement, tagging, tracking, and lifecycle management.
Maintain accurate inventory records for all IT assets.
Support onboarding/offboarding processes (device provisioning, access setup, recovery).
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network‑related issues.
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure system performance, security, and compliance.
Participate in after‑hours/on‑call support when required.
Strong experience in Mac Administration (macOS environment).
Hands‑on experience in EUC / Desktop Support.
Knowledge of device management tools (e.g., JAMF, Intune, or similar MDM solutions).
Experience in asset and inventory management systems.
Familiarity with Active Directory / Azure AD and user management.
Basic understanding of networking concepts.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
