Halvik Corp in Washington, DC is seeking an experienced Jamf Pro administrator to design, deploy, and support enterprise endpoint management across macOS, iOS, and iPadOS devices. The role emphasizes Jamf Pro, ABM/ADE, and Intune integration to ensure secure, compliant devices in a government contractor environment.

Qualifications

• AA/AS degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in enterprise endpoint management or related IT environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with Jamf Pro server deployment and administration.
• Experience with macOS administration and Apple MDM; ABM/ADE; APNs; PreStage Enrollments; configuration profiles; policies; Smart Groups.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, configure, and administer Jamf Pro server infrastructure in enterprise environments.
• Perform Jamf Pro installation, initial configuration, upgrades, patching, backup, and troubleshooting.
• Configure Jamf Pro components (JSS, database, web services, APNs, SSL certificates).
• Configure ABM and ADE integration; manage PreStage Enrollments and policies; device enrollment and lifecycle management.
• Create Jamf policies and Bash scripts to automate endpoint configuration and administration.
• Integrate Jamf with Entra ID/Active Directory, SSO/SAML; support Microsoft Intune for Windows and mobile devices.
• Troubleshoot enrollment, policy execution, application deployment, and connectivity issues; perform upgrades/migrations.
