Canopy in Draper, Utah is seeking a Desktop Support Specialist to ensure our onsite technology and collaborative spaces are seamless and productive. You will be the go-to expert for hardware and software, handling both proactive setups and quick break-fixes.

This hybrid role requires 1–3 years in desktop support, the ability to lift 50 lbs, strong customer service, and the knack for juggling tickets with long‑term projects.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of desktop support or IT helpdesk experience.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders safely, and work in tight spaces.
• Excellent customer service and communication, able to explain technical issues clearly.
• Strong ability to prioritize tasks to finish what matters.

Responsibilities

• Resolve support requests quickly via our ticketing system while addressing long‑term projects.
• Lead onsite build projects: mount TVs/speakers/projectors and run cables.
• Provision and manage Mac hardware using JAMF Pro and Apple Business Manager; inventory with Snipe-IT.
• Administer Google Workspace: user accounts, groups, permissions.
• Onboard new employees: account setup, software provisioning, hardware configuration, smooth first day.
