Canopy, a fast-growing SaaS company in Draper, Utah, is seeking a Desktop Support Specialist to keep our onsite tech and collaborative spaces seamless for high-stakes work. The role blends deep technical troubleshooting with hands-on physical projects, from mounting displays to provisioning Macs using JAMF Pro and Google Workspace, in a hybrid in-office setting.

You’ll join a team that values customer service, proactive problem solving, and fast, friendly support for internal users.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in desktop support or IT helpdesk.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in tight spaces under desks.
• Excellent customer service and clear communication.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Resolve incoming support requests via ticketing system.
• Lead onsite build projects, including mounting TVs, speakers, and projectors.
• Provision and manage Mac hardware through JAMF Pro and Apple Business Manager; inventory with Snipe-IT.
• Administer Google Workspace: user accounts, groups, permissions.
• Onboard new employees with setup and provisioning.
