Qualifications

• 2+ years in a technical helpdesk or enterprise support role.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first responder for hardware, software, and account access issues.
• Troubleshoot and optimize core tools for the company.
• Lead onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires.
• Manage the ITSM queue with a focus on resolution and documentation.
• Support conference room A/V technology.
• Author internal knowledge base articles.
