Qualifications
- 2+ years in a technical helpdesk or enterprise support role.
- Hands-on experience with SaaS platforms (Zoom, Slack, Okta, etc.).
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first responder for hardware, software, and account access issues.
- Troubleshoot and optimize core tools for the company.
- Lead onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires.
- Manage the ITSM queue with a focus on resolution and documentation.
- Support conference room A/V technology.
- Author internal knowledge base articles.
