Job summary

Perk is seeking a TechOps Specialist to deliver a world-class IT experience. You’ll handle day-to-day IT needs and lead major projects across Mac support, hardware lifecycle, and office IT logistics.

Ideal candidates have 3-5+ years in IT support, strong MacOS skills, and hands-on experience with Jamf and inventory systems. The role supports a hybrid, IRL-first workflow with multiple hubs.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in IT support or systems administration.
• Strong MacOS troubleshooting and end-user support experience.
• Experience with endpoint management tools like Jamf and inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first line of defense for employee IT issues, with macOS focus.
• Own device lifecycle: procurement, deployment, inventory, loans, re-provisioning.
• Coordinate repairs, warranties, and AppleCare with vendors.
• Manage inventory of peripherals and conference room AV systems.
• Set up laptops and software for new hires to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Monitor hardware aging and plan refresh cycles.
