Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver a luxury, personalized shopping experience while meeting store sales goals. The role blends frontline customer service, omni‑channel selling, and team collaboration to drive brand loyalty and revenue.

You will build lasting client relationships, utilize mobile POS, and participate in brand initiatives. The position requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and peak seasons in a fast‑paced luxury environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail preferred.
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop).
• Strong English proficiency.
• Luxury retail background, social media savvy, live-stream shopping or video demos preferred.

Responsabilités

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and uphold style and service standards.
• Build client relationships through styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet KPIs.
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain energy on the sales floor and adapt selling techniques to business needs.
• Complete daily operational tasks and maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Process transactions and support inventory movements.
