Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail preferred.
• Experience with POS operation and mobile devices.
• Strong English proficiency.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Luxury retail background with social media familiarity (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
• Support daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory, and merchandising.
