Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience and meet sales goals. You will support daily store operations, build lasting client relationships, and contribute to omni‑channel selling initiatives.

This role blends luxury service with data-driven clienteling to drive loyalty and revenue. Ideal candidates have 1+ years in luxury retail, strong English, and comfort with POS systems and social media engagements.

Qualificações

• 1+ years of sales experience, preferably luxury retail.
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer skills (iPad/laptop).
• Strong English proficiency.
• Experience with live-stream shopping or video demos is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Represent Coach as brand ambassador and follow style standards.
• Build relationships through styling and product expertise.
• Drive sales via cross-selling and upselling.
• Use POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Meet or exceed KPIs.
• Handle inventory, replenishment, merchandising and store operations.
