Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience in a luxury retail setting in the U.S. This role blends in-store service with omni-channel selling to drive brand loyalty and revenue.

You will build relationships, meet sales goals, and use mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data and close sales while supporting daily store operations.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of luxury retail sales experience.
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer use (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS).
• Strong English proficiency; additional languages a plus.
• Luxury retail background with social media savvy; live-stream/shopping experience preferred.
• Able to lift up to 25 lb and stand for long periods.
