Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to act as the front‑line ambassador, delivering an elevated shopping experience and meeting personal and store sales goals. You will blend luxury retail service with omni‑channel selling and teamwork to drive brand loyalty and revenue.

Responsibilities include building lasting client relationships, cross‑selling, and utilizing mobile POS and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail or similar environment.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends and competitors helps drive recommendations.
• Experience with POS operation, basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop), and scanning tools.
• Strong English proficiency and ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
• Luxury retail background and comfort with social media, live-streaming, or video demos is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Represent Coach as brand ambassador and maintain service standards.
• Build client relationships through styling, product expertise, and recommendations.
• Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and data-driven strategies.
• Utilize POS and clienteling tools to process transactions and capture data.
• Support store operations: cash wrap, inventory, replenishment, and merchandising.
